Tickets for Coronation Street: The Tour are now available!
We have been working hard behind the scenes to develop our attraction and prepare for a safe re-opening of our tours. 2022 Tickets are now available however we are releasing these in batches. All dates can be found on our homepage however if you’d like to visit later in the year and to be the first to hear when our tickets go on sale, please add your email address to the ‘Register your interest’ form on our homepage. All ticket and gift ticket holders have been contacted, with tickets now automatically being extended through 2022.
Along with the return of our tours, building work has now started to bring an exciting new addition which we plan to announce in Summer 2022.

I had booked a ticket in 2019 through a third-party agent, can I still get a refund?
If you have booked a ticket through a third-party agent, please contact them directly.
I had booked a visit using a gift ticket in 2019, what happens next?
If you have booked a visit to our tours using a gift ticket, you should have received an email from us explaining the next steps. We have automatically extended your gift ticket to be valid throughout 2022, and we will send a link by email to redeem your gift ticket, using the codes on your gift ticket. Alternatively, should you prefer a refund, please contact us.
Can I redeem a gift ticket?
Yes, you can now redeem your gift vouchers. Please check your emails for an email sent on Thursday 27th January 2022. This email includes a link for you to redeem your gift vouchers. .
I have an unredeemed gift ticket that’s due to expire, will this be extended?
All unredeemed gift tickets will automatically be extended, and will be valid throughout 2022. You may also write to us to request a refund for your unredeemed gift tickets using the contact us section of the website.
