Spend an evening on the cobbles this summer...
This summer you can experience a different side of Coronation Street with our special evening tours. Your wander through Weatherfield will take a whole new dimension as the sun sets over the cobbles and the lights from the houses twinkle along the Street. Special evening tours will run in addition to our regular daytime tours and will take place every ten minutes from 6.10pm to 9pm.
On arrival your Studio Guide will take you into the Green Room to sit where the cast members would relax between scenes, you will then walk down the ‘Corridor of Stars’, stopping to take a peek inside some dressing rooms, to wardrobe where you can rummage through some iconic outfits. You will then be taken into Sound Stage One where selected interior sets are located, here you can look into Carla’s old flat, the homes of the Duckworth's and the Platt's and Underworld. You can also pose for a picture pulling a pint behind the bar of the famous Rovers Return.
Following the guided tour the rest of the evening is yours to explore the cobbles and to take advantage of the many photo opportunities on offer. Stop for a picture in front of Roy’s Rolls, the Kabin and the Rovers.
Evening tours will take place every day throughout the school holidays. Click here to book your night on the cobbles.
What our visitors say
"It is emotional, it's lovely to think of all the years watching it, to be on the set. Especially pulling a pint in the Rovers." - Lyn Barrett
"Great! It's like going back through time. I can't believe how small the Rover's is. I keep expecting the characters to walk out it feels that real." - Kathryn Almond
"It's not what I expected, it's more! Brilliant. Well worth coming. The sets were the best part, they have never been seen before and it is incredible how tiny they are." - Colin and Rosemarie Lowe
